| 1) | I
trade as “Andy Beale Driving Tuition” and my contact details are as
shown on the contacts page of this website |

| 2) | The
charges are as shown on the prices page and will
be shown on your individual Terms & Conditions letter. |

| 3) | If you wish to
use my car for your practical driving test you must not book a test
without my agreement. I will
charge you the normal lesson rate for this test.
It is normal to have a 1hr lesson
immediately before the test |

| 4) | If you wish to
cancel a lesson I would appreciate you giving me at least 24 hours notice.
Failure to do this will mean that you are liable to pay the lesson
fee. |

| 5) | If you have any complaint about me or my service please tell me in the first instant. If we cannot resolve it you make take this to arbitration with my professional body, the Driving Instructors Association. | |
